James, Kurt & Hamid will teach the swimmers how to take their racing to the next level through the introduction of skills and drills learnt at the elite level. The swimmers will also learn how to maximise speed and power on their dives, turns and underwater. These four sessions will give the participants an edge over their competition leading into the summer racing season.

- NUMBERS: 12&under – 48 swimmers. 13&over – 32 swimmers
- LOCATION: Kincoppal School, Rose Bay. We will have the entire pool.

Point of difference
The swimmers will be given live demonstrations of each skill, drill, dive and turn by James and Kurt. This access to watching, and then emulating, world class athletes is an unprecedented offering. We will also have underwater cameras to give swimmers visual feedback on their progression. This is very rare at an age group level.
Notes
– 12&under age group will be from 2- 4pm
– 13&over age group will be from 4 – 6pm
