State & Metros Competitive Skills Camp

Dual World Champion and 3x Olympic Medallist James Magnussen will take swimmers through an intensive skills program targeting dives, turns, underwater and relay changeovers. On the eve of the State and Metro Championships it is the perfect time for swimmers to hone their skills to perform at their highest come race day.

Swimmers will learn elite level drills and practises to improve their dives, turns, underwaters and relay changeovers. Lead by World Champion James Magnussen and fellow Olympian and Head Coach Hamid Mobarrez, swimmers will get the attention to detail not possible in normal squad training. With feedback from underwater cameras and live demonstrations from James, this is the perfect tune-up in the lead into State and Metro Championships.
